We operate an AI-powered platform supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision in mainstream schools across England.
For the purposes of UK data protection law, Sensa Technology Ltd is the data controller in respect of any personal data collected through cookies on our website and platform.

8. Cookies and Pupil Data
SENSA is committed to the highest standards of data protection, particularly in relation to children. We confirm that:
- Cookies used within the SENSA platform do not store pupil personal data in identifiable form.
- No pupil PII is passed to third-party AI models or analytics providers via cookies or any other mechanism.
- Session cookies used for authenticated staff accounts (SENCOs and teachers) are scoped to the authenticated user only and do not contain pupil identifiers.
Schools using the SENSA platform under a Data Processing Agreement remain the data controller for pupil data. SENSA acts as data processor and handles all such data in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement and AI & Data Policy.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our technology, the cookies we use, or applicable law. Any significant changes will be notified to you via a prominent notice on our website or platform, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy will be revised.
