Sub-Processors

This page lists the third-party sub-processors engaged by Sensa Technology Ltd to process personal data on behalf of schools using the SENSA platform. This list is maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Section 5) and Data Processing Agreement (Section 5).
Schools will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any addition or change to this list. If you have questions, contact us at contact@sensatech.co.uk.

AI Model Sub-Processors
AI model sub-processors receive only pseudonymised data. No personally identifiable pupil information is transmitted to any AI model provider. Technical controls enforce this at the application layer.
SENSA is currently evaluating AI model providers for production use. This section will be updated before any provider begins processing data on behalf of schools. See our AI Model Register for further detail.
Change Notification Process
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement:
- Schools are notified at least 30 days before any new sub-processor is engaged.
- Schools may object in writing within 14 days of notification.
- If the objection cannot be resolved, the school may terminate the Agreement without penalty.
